We work on both hourly and contingent fee bases. Our hourly rates are lower than lawyers of comparable experience in large metropolitan firms. We often agree to blended fees that result in lower hourly rates, with agreed upon rewards for successful results. The terms of such arrangements are negotiated individually, based upon and tailored to the circumstances of each case. Our bills do not include charges for more than one person’s presence in court, at a deposition or in a meeting unless that person has a clearly defined role and their presence is necessary to properly conduct the business at hand.
